- Secure speakers
- Coordinate event needs with host church (room set up, AV, food, etc.)
- Oversee marketing needs (with OCA marketing director)
- Oversee registration needs (with registration volunteers)
- Oversee volunteers (with event day volunteers)
- Produce attendee handout.
- Produce breakout session schedule
- Secure bios and breakout descriptions from speakers
- Basic computer skills, mail merge
- Administration gifts
Securing speakers, bios, breakout descriptions and schedule approximately 25 hours per event
Working with host church approximately 5 hours per event
Overseeing marketing needs approximately 5 hours per event
Producing attendee handout approximately 5 hours per event
Overseeing registration needs approximately 2 hours per event
