Register here for training to become a foster parent in the state of Kentucky. After the info meeting, 18 hours of training are required. OCA provides accelerated training. This is the first part of training, Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The second part of training will take place February 3, 2026 and will only be a 3 hour training session. This training will take place in the evening. The final part of the training will be in person again from 9:00am to 4:00pm on February 7, 2026. This registration will automatically register you for Parts 2 and 3 of this training. The training will take place at Heartland Church, 4777 Alben Barkley Drive, Paducah, KY 42001, Room 114.
