Seminar Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Secure speakers
  • Coordinate event needs with host church (room set up, AV, food, etc.)
  • Oversee marketing needs (with OCA marketing director)
  • Oversee registration needs (with registration volunteers)
  • Oversee volunteers (with event day volunteers)
  • Produce attendee handout.
  • Produce breakout session schedule
  • Secure bios and breakout descriptions from speakers


  • Basic computer skills, mail merge
  • Administration gifts
  • Communication skills
  • Securing speakers, bios, breakout descriptions and schedule approximately 25 hours per event
  • Working with host church approximately 5 hours per event
  • Overseeing marketing needs approximately 5 hours per event
  • Producing attendee handout approximately 5 hours per event
  • Overseeing registration needs approximately 2 hours per event
Event day approximately 6 hours per event
