OCA equips Christians in Kentucky and Southern Indiana by designating Hub Leaders in different regions throughout the states to connect them with opportunities to care for vulnerable children in their own zip codes. Hub Leaders spearhead the efforts in their communities by engaging local churches and helping them begin orphan ministry or provide structure to their current orphan ministries. They access the family needs of their community and use OCA resources to equip Christians to care where they are.
Hub Leaders typically work 10-15 hours a week and is an unpaid position. OCA encourages married couples to work together to lead their region.
