december5_graphicChristmas is normally a pleasant and much anticipated time.  But for an adoptive family, it can be one of the hardest times of the year.  In this meeting of OCA Connect, we will share ideas on managing our expectations and how to best help our children enjoy the holidays.

Stacia Washausen, our guest speaker, is the Family Support Director for Orphan Care Alliance.  She and her husband are parents to 3 children, 2 through adoption.  Stacia’s passion is in helping adoptive and foster families who may be struggling find the support and resources they need.

Time:  6:30 -8:00 pm

Location:  Southeast Christian Church (room 261), 6201 Crestwood Station, Crestwood, KY  40014
